KASPTree software

KASPTree is a pipeline to make a phylogenetic tree using KASP marker sequences extracted from RenSeq (Resistance gene enrichment sequencing) data. The RenSeq protocol requires a bait library and that these KASP marker sequences be part of the bait library.
