This file contains the aligned NAC domains sequences from the seven plant species (Triticum aestivum, Hordeum vulgare, Oryza sativa var. Japonica, Physcomitrella patens, Populus trichocarpa, Zea mays, and Arabidopsis thaliana) that were included in the calculation of NAC domain conservation.
