Version 1.1 assemblies of Triticum aestivum (Cadenza, Paragon, Robigus, Claire) and Tritium turgidum (Kronos). Version 1.1 assemblies were generated from filtering v1.0 assemblies to remove non-wheat sequences and scaffolds below 1 kb.
