Aegilops tauschii diversity panel - Lineage 1

Whole genome shotgun sequencing of 110 lines of Aegilops tauschii, exclusively of lineage 1. The sequence coverage is around 10 fold. The raw data folder of each accession is named using the identifiers of both KSU and Brande Wulff lab, while the raw fastq files contain only the Brande Wulff lab identifier.
